Brianne Groble – Sonographer

Bri realized her passion for helping animals at a young age and began her career in veterinary medicine as a Certified Veterinary Technician, graduating from the Veterinary Technology Program at Parkland College in 2013.

Since graduating, she has continued to work in small animal practice. In the beginning of 2019 she decided to further her education to be able to help her patients in a different way, through ultrasound. She became a certified echocardiogram sonographer in October 2019 from the Sound Academy of Verterinary Imaging. She begins her journey to become certified in abdominal scanning March of 2020.  Bri loves how ultrasound has become a non-invasive, innovative, and helpful diagnostic tool to help her patients.

In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, fishing, and cuddling with her dog, Bonnie.

Lauren Nugent – Sonographer

Lauren has had a passion for animals all her life and has always loved science. When she was able to combine her passions for medicine and animals in the veterinary field, she knew this was where she was meant to be. Lauren has been working as a veterinary technician since 2020 and has experience working in small animal and large animal medicine.

While enrolled at College of Dupage, she was able to complete a series of human Sonography courses which sparked her interest in diagnostic imaging. Lauren wanted to be able to combine her ultrasound experience with veterinary medicine and further her education. She will be adding her certifications in veterinary abdominal imaging, as well as echocardiogram imaging in 2023! In her free time, Lauren can be found riding her horse Charlie, spending time outdoors and enjoying time with friends and family.
